My Background
As a seasoned massage therapist, I bring a wealth of expertise to every session.
After completing school in South Africa, I embarked on a year of intensive dance training, where I delved deep into the intricacies of anatomy and physiology. Alongside, I pursued various Pilates courses, enriching my understanding of movement and body mechanics, though I didn't pursue formal certification as an instructor.
Building on this foundation, I qualified in my holistic massage diploma in 2021, followed by specialized courses in sports, hot stone, and pregnancy massage all at the London School of Massage.
Growing up as the daughter of two personal trainers, I've always been immersed in sports and an active lifestyle. This upbringing instilled in me a deep fascination with the human body and its potential for development and performance.
In my spare time, you'll find me running, hiking, or indulging in my love for jazz dancing. I'm always eager to stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in health and well-being.
My Approach
My approach as a massage therapist is deeply holistic. I don't just focus on working out muscle knots, I delve into the root causes, considering lifestyle factors that may contribute to muscular issues. With a keen eye for diagnosis, I strive to uncover the underlying factors behind discomfort and poor muscle development. By addressing both the symptoms and their origins, I aim to facilitate lasting relief and promote overall well-being.
